최근 IOTA위원회는 C91VM의 IOTA 원정운용을 IOTA credit으로 인정하기로 했다고 발표했습니다.
이 원정팀이 qrz.com에 올려 놓은 'QSLing policy'에, U$5가 의무사항이 아니며, 충분한 우편료를 동봉하면 즉시 direct로 카드를 보내준다로 수정하였기 때문이랍니다.
Following our posting of the 7 November news item C91VM has amended his QSLing policy on QRZ.com to remove the obligatory charge of USD 5 for QSL cards and has indicated that he will follow normal IOTA practice and reply direct to cards received direct in timely fashion. In response we have lifted the bar on acceptance of his cards subject to their meeting normal requirements. The IOTA Committee wishes to recommend to DXpeditioners wider adoption of the IARU Region 1 Code of Practice on QSLing - this can be downloaded from the Programme Information screen.
